This recipe is good because any cranberry will fit here. You can even take dried, just first fill it with water for 10 minutes and dry it slightly. Under the mood, I add a handful of raisins or a little chopped prunes with dried apricots.
Ingredients
- Pork - 1 kg
- Cranberries - 200 g
- Nuts - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Spread the pork in a layer, chop and rub with spices.
Randomly lay out the cranberries and chopped nuts. Roll up a tight roll and wrap it in foil.
Bake the roll in the oven at 160 degrees for about 2 hours.
