- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Turmeric - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Semolina - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop onion, carrot and chicken in a blender until smooth.
Add the egg, spices and semolina, mix the minced meat and leave for 10 minutes.
Form small cutlets and bake them in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 190 degrees.
