- Spinach - 100 g
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Cream - 150 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Cheese - 100 g
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the spinach with garlic and lightly fry in butter.
Finely chop the chicken, and disassemble the cauliflower into small inflorescences.
Put everything in molds and pour cream with spices. Cover with grated cheese.
Cook casseroles in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees. One big one - a little longer.
