Many do not undertake to cook duck, because it is very long. For example, poultry meat is cooked in soup for at least 2 hours. But if you marinate it in advance, it will take much less time to prepare. I'm telling you the recipe for duck legs on the grill.
Ingredients
- Duck (ham) – 4 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
- Orange juice - 200 ml
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt (without slide) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the duck legs, dry them with a paper towel and put them in a bowl.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Add orange juice, butter, chopped onion, rosemary, spices and salt to the bowl with the hams. Stir, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 day.
Remove the hams from the bowl, peel off the marinade remnants and place on a greased grill. Cook on the grill for 30-40 minutes, turning it over often. The exact cooking time will depend on the size of the hams.
