Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil for 2-3 minutes in boiling water. Grind it with a blender.
Grate the zucchini on a medium grater and squeeze out excess moisture. Mix with cabbage.
Add chopped herbs, crushed garlic, all spices and herbs, eggs and flour.
Mix the vegetable mass and fry the pancakes in a frying pan.
