- Barley groats - 1 glass
- Cream - 1.5 glasses
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the cereal and pour boiling water for 10 minutes. Flip it into a colander.
Finely chop the onion and carrot, and send them to the pots with barley grits.
Season, pour in the cream and add another 1-1.5 cups of water.
Cook the porridge in the oven for about 45 minutes at 190 degrees.
