Most often, a handful of fresh berries is added to the semolina porridge whole or in small pieces. But this time I propose to go further and prepare such an original version. Not only delicious, but also very beautiful!
Ingredients
- Semolina - 4 tbsp.l.
- Water - 400 ml
- Strawberry - 100 g
- Berries - 100 g
- Sugar - 4 art.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour all the berries with water, bring to a boil, add sugar and boil for 10 minutes.
Strain the broth, add salt and add semolina in a thin stream, stirring.
Continuing to stir, cook the porridge for 5 minutes on low heat until thickened.
If desired, beat it with a mixer until fluffy.
