- Potatoes - 600 g
- Bacon - 150 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Cream - 50 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the potatoes and bacon into small cubes and put them in a mold. Add half of the grated cheese and mix.
Whisk the eggs with cream and spices, and pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
