Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean and rinse the fish, add salt and drizzle with oil.
Cut lemon and chili into rings and put them inside the carcass.
Make incisions on the top of the skin and put the filling there too.
Bake the fish for about 35-40 minutes at 190 degrees.
