Only the same fish stuffed with delicious stuffing can be tastier than fish baked whole. I offer an excellent recipe using the example of pink salmon. Thanks to the parchment, the juices will not leak out. The dish turns out to be more tender, and the dishes, baking sheet and oven then do not need to be painfully washed.
Ingredients
- Pink salmon - 1 piece
- Cheese - 100 g
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean and gut the whole fish, rinse and rub it with oil and spices.
Make cuts on the sides and put the pink salmon on parchment.
Grate the cheese, chop the garlic and herbs, chop the pepper.
Mix all this and stuff the belly of the pink salmon.
Wrap the fish in parchment and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
