This chicken meat loaf with prunes will decently decorate your festive table. I advise you to bake it longer, and so that the chicken meat does not dry out – wrap it in strips of bacon.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Garlic - 6 teeth
- Prunes - 180 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Bacon - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut, arrange and chop the chicken fillet so that there is one thin layer. Sprinkle it with spices.
Soak the prunes in hot water for 5-7 minutes. Put it on the chicken along with the garlic plates.
Wrap a tight roll and wrap it with strips of bacon.
Wrap the roll in foil and bake in the oven at 160 degrees for about 70 minutes.
