Cucumber and avocado soup – sounds almost like fiction. And then there's the mashed soup! But in fact, it turns out to be a very light, delicious and at the same time dietary dish that the whole family will like! For flavor, add a little basil or other favorite herbs.

Finely chop the onion with garlic and fry in olive oil. Add lemon juice and simmer for another minute.
Peel and thinly slice the cucumbers, add to the onion, season and pour in the broth.
Bring the soup to a boil and cook for about 7 minutes.
Chop everything in a blender, add the avocado and basil and chop again.
Serve with yogurt, butter and cucumber slices.
