Most often potato casseroles are prepared with meat, or at least with eggs, cream or cheese. But I also have a completely vegetarian recipe in my collection – with onions and mushrooms. If desired, sprinkle the dish with soy tofu.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 700 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Mushrooms - 400 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable broth (or water) – 100 ml
- Garlic - 3 teeth
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion, chop the garlic and cut the mushrooms into plates.
Fry everything until soft in a frying pan and put it in a mold.
Spread potato slices on top, sprinkle with spices and pour broth.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
