Ingredients
- Pork - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Chili pepper - 3 pieces
- Suluguni - 120 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lay out the pork in one layer and beat it off. Rub it with spices.
Cut the pepper into strips, chop the chili and randomly slice the suluguni.
Put the filling on the pork, roll up a tight roll and rub with spices again.
Wrap the meatloaf in foil and bake it in the oven at 160 degrees for about 2 hours.
