Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Spinach - 150 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Cilantro - 4 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the spinach and lightly simmer in a dry frying pan so that it decreases in volume.
Chop the cilantro and chili, grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix everything with spinach.
Slice, unwrap and chop the chicken fillet into thin layers.
Sprinkle the chicken with spices, lay out the filling and roll up tight rolls.
Wrap the chicken in foil and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes at 190 degrees.
