In pots, you can safely bake not only meat, but also offal. This time I suggest cooking liver with vegetables. Yes, feel free to send it to the oven directly from the pack, raw. It is baked quickly, well and evenly, and also completely without oil!
Ingredients
- Liver - 500 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 2 pinches
- Nutmeg - 2 pinches
- Ground black pepper - 2 pinches
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Chicken broth (or water) – 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop all the vegetables, mix and season.
Wash and clean the liver, season it too and put it in pots.
Put the vegetables on top and pour the broth.
Bake for about an hour in the oven at 190 degrees.
