- Zucchini - 1 kg
- Cheese - 150 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Sour cream - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the zucchini into circles. Grate the cheese and mix a third of it with sour cream, spices and herbs.
Spread the zucchini into the mold in layers, smearing with sour cream.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
