Ingredients
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Celery - 1 piece
- String beans - 150 g
- Corn - 100 g
- Green peas - 100 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 pinch
- Vegetable broth - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop all the vegetables.
Boil vegetable broth or water, send potatoes and peppers there.
After 5-7 minutes, add carrots, celery and pepper.
After another 5 minutes, add all the other ingredients.
Cook the soup until the vegetables are ready and garnish with herbs before serving.
