One of the most unusual okroshka options in my arsenal is okroshka with Korean carrots. I advise you to cut the rest of the ingredients not into cubes, but into the same thin strips. By the way, you can add crab sticks or even seafood here.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 200 g
- Korean carrots - 150 g
- Radish - 200 g
- Cucumbers - 200 g
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Kvass - 1 l
- Mayonnaise (or sour cream) – 4 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut cucumbers, radishes and crab sticks into thin strips.
Boil the eggs and also finely chop or grate.
Additionally chop the carrots and chop the greens.
Pour kvass over everything, season and serve with sour cream or mayonnaise.
