A great option for a hearty lunch. Cook the soup a little in advance so that it has time to brew properly. Thanks to this, its taste will become more harmonious and saturated. For this recipe, a spatula, tenderloin or other lean parts are suitable.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the pork, cut into small pieces and put it in a saucepan.

Pour in cold water, add bay leaf, black pepper and cook for 45 minutes.

Chop tomatoes, carrots, peeled potatoes and onions.

Fry onions and carrots in oil until golden brown.

Pour the washed millet, potatoes and tomatoes into a saucepan with meat. Cook everything together for 10 minutes.

Add the roast, green peas and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

Add salt to the finished soup, remove from the heat and leave under the lid for 20 minutes.
