The hallmark of Georgian cuisine can be safely called kharcho. Rich soup with garlic and nuts is maddening with just one flavor! Try to cook it yourself. I share a recipe for a classic pork kharcho.
Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork, chop it and put it in a saucepan with cold water.
Boil for 10 minutes, change the water, add black pepper and cook for 30 minutes.
Chop tomatoes, peeled potatoes and onions. Grate the carrots.
Dry the nuts in a frying pan and chop them in a blender.
Fry onions and carrots in oil until golden brown.
Add tomatoes, nuts, suneli hops and cook for 7-10 minutes.
Pour potatoes and vegetable frying into a saucepan with meat. Boil for 15 minutes.
Add garlic passed through the press, add salt and remove from heat after 3 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished kharcho with finely chopped cilantro.
