Is there a party planned? Surprise your guests with an exquisite dish: cook sea bass on the grill. Since the fish is small, it is convenient to bake it on a grill. Preliminary preparation takes more than an hour, so calculate your time in advance.

Ingredients

  • Sea bass (400-600 g) – 1 carcass
  • Olive oil - 2 art.l.
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Rosemary - to taste
  • Sea salt - 0,5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the perch from the scales, gut, rinse thoroughly and dry with a paper towel.

Generously rub the fish on all sides with salt and spices. Cover with cling film and leave for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Brush the fish with a mixture of lemon juice and olive oil. Cover with clingfilm again and set aside for 1 hour.

Put the sea bass on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side. The cooking time may vary depending on the size of the fish.

Serve with lemon, fresh herbs and sauces.
