If you are going to surprise gourmets, cook beef in apple glaze. The meat turns out to be amazingly tasty, juicy and fragrant. The cooking process, although not complicated, requires care. Sharing my favorite recipe!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the beef, dry it with paper towels, cut off the films and fat.

Crush the pepper mixture with peas in a mortar, mix with salt and olive oil.

Rub the meat thoroughly with the resulting mixture from all sides.

Wrap the beef in foil and put it in a preheated oven for 1.5 hours.

Peel the apple, seeds and grind in a blender.

In a saucepan, mix applesauce, ketchup, sugar, salt, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce and ground cinnamon. Heat the mixture for 10 minutes over low heat.

Remove the beef from the foil, brush generously with apple glaze and bake for another 10 minutes. Repeat the procedure on each side.

When serving, cut the baked beef into thin slices, add rosemary and any vegetables to taste.
