Don't want to stand at the stove at all today? Cook the chops in the oven. While they are baking, you can do the side dish and salad. Spices, mustard and garlic add piquancy to the dish. Adjust their number to your liking.
Ingredients
- Pork (clipping) – 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 1 glass
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Mustard (acute) – 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut pork into plates about 1.5 centimeters thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it well, season with salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs with salt and ground pepper.
Add mustard, garlic passed through the press, flour and mix. The batter should be thick.
Mix breadcrumbs with hops-suneli and pour on a wide plate.
Dip the chops in the batter, and then roll out in breadcrumbs.
Fry the chops for 1.5 minutes on each side in a hot frying pan with oil.
Put the chops on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
