When there is absolutely no time and energy, but I really want to cook a full dinner, I make cod with frozen vegetables. Fish with a side dish does not need any special preparation. In fact, all you have to do is put everything in the oven and choose the right temperature over time. A great solution in just 20-30 minutes!
Ingredients
- Cod - 600 g
- Vegetable mix - 400 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the cod into portions and rub with spices. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Fold the vegetable mixture and fish into the sleeve, add the oil and mix gently.
Bake the cod in the oven for 25 minutes at 190 degrees.
