Every housewife has her own favorite barbecue recipe. For me, this has recently become a barbecue of lamb ribs on the grill. To make the meat more juicy, I marinate it with mayonnaise and mustard. Try it, you will definitely like it!
Ingredients
- Lamb ribs - 2 kg
- Mayonnaise - 4 art.l.
- Mustard - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the lamb ribs with cold water, dry them with a paper towel and put them in a bowl.
Add ground pepper, salt, mayonnaise and mustard. Stir, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 6 hours.
Put the lamb ribs on a greased grill and fry on the grill for 20-25 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes.
