In summer, you can often see a barbecue on the table. Some prepare it using proven methods, others are constantly experimenting. If you are still in search, try to cook pork kebab on the grill the way I do. I tell you everything in detail.
Ingredients
- Pork (collar) – 2 kg
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Wine vinegar - 4 art.l.
- Cardamom (ground) – 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper (without slide) – 1 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Mineral water (highly carbonated) – 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pork into small pieces and put it in a bowl.
Peel the onion and garlic from the husk, chop in a blender.
In a bowl with meat, add chopped onion with garlic, spices, salt, vinegar, oil and mineral water.
Mix, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 8-10 hours.
Clean the meat from the remnants of the marinade and put it on the skewers. Fry on the grill for 20-25 minutes, turning it over often. During the frying process, I recommend greasing the kebab with the remnants of the marinade.
