Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 3 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the eggs and break them into a small bowl.
Add salt, warm milk and whisk with a fork until smooth.
Grease the mold with butter, pour in the prepared mixture and cover with a lid.
Put a towel on the bottom of the pan, put a mold with egg mixture and pour cold water so that 2-3 centimeters remain to the top of the mold.
Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes after boiling.
