Most Americans have breakfast on their way to work. If they do manage to cook something at home, it's usually an omelet. More often it is prepared with various vegetable and meat additives, less often — according to the classic version.

- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Ham - 100 g
- Cheese (solid) – 60 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Bell pepper - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 15 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the ham, peeled bell pepper and onion.
Grate the hard cheese on a grater.
Lightly beat the eggs with milk, salt and ground pepper.
Add bacon, cheese, bell pepper, onion and mix.
Grease the mold with butter, pour in the prepared mixture and bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
