Light mustard marinade is a wonderful addition to chicken, and especially to chicken legs. They acquire not only a pleasant taste, but also a beautiful ruddy crust. And then serve them as with anything – at your discretion.
Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 1 kg
- Soy sauce - 150 ml
- Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp.l .
- Mustard - 1 tbsp.l .
- Honey - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix all the ingredients except the chicken.
Marinate the legs in the mustard mixture for 30 minutes, preferably for a couple of hours.
Fry them in a frying pan on all sides for 5-7 minutes per side.
