I don't always want to eat right. From time to time, you can afford something fried or greasy. It is better to cook such food at home yourself. For example, you can bake chicken wings. According to this recipe, they turn out incredibly delicious!
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 1 kg
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Chili sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Tomato sauce - 3 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Butter - 50 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Brown Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them thoroughly and cut them into joints.
Add salt, ground pepper, paprika and vegetable oil.
Mix the wings with spices with your hands, cover with cling film and leave for 30-40 minutes at room temperature.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the wings and bake 30-35 in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees.
Melt the butter in a small ladle.
Add a little ground pepper, brown sugar and mix. The sugar crystals should completely dissolve.
Add the garlic passed through the press, both types of sauces and warm up for a couple of minutes over low heat.
Put the finished wings on a plate and generously brush with the prepared sauce.
