If you like to cook chicken legs in glaze, this recipe is especially for you! The fact is that you can also make this glaze in different ways. This includes teriyaki and sweet thick jam, preferably plum or apricot.
Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 8 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Teriyaki sauce - 100 ml
- Jam (thick) – 40 ml
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Dried chili pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the chicken legs with spices and place on a baking sheet on parchment.
Mix the remaining ingredients and brush the chicken with this sauce.
Put the legs in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 190 degrees.
Turn the legs over every 7-10 minutes and lubricate the sauce again.
