The most tender potato casserole of all possible. And it's all about milk and its quantity. Plus, you can cook it both in the oven and in a slow cooker. Today I want to focus in more detail on the second method.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Milk - 250 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cheese - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 teeth
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the potatoes into slices. Whisk the milk with eggs and spices, and add grated cheese and crushed garlic.
Put a layer of potatoes in the bowl of a slow cooker. Pour in a little filling, potatoes again, and so on to the end.
Fill the casserole with the remaining filling and cook for 45-50 minutes in the "Baking" mode.
