- Potatoes - 700 g
- Minced meat - 300 g
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Randomly chop the mushrooms with onions and lightly fry until soft.
Separately fry the minced meat until half cooked and season.
Mix all the ingredients and put them in a mold. Pour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
