The secret of a lush batter is sour cream and baking powder. The last ingredient can be replaced with a small amount of soda. So that the batter does not settle quickly, spread the finished chops on warmed plates. I share my favorite recipe with you!
Ingredients
- Turkey - 500 g
- Sour cream - 2 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 1 glass
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 art.l.
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Paprika - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the turkey into thick plates. The optimal thickness is 1.5-2 centimeters.
Wrap each piece in a cellophane bag and beat it off with a hammer on both sides.
Put the chops on a plate, sprinkle with salt and paprika. Leave for half an hour at room temperature.
Beat eggs with ground pepper, salt, sour cream and baking powder.
Pour the breadcrumbs onto a wide plate.
Dip the chops in batter and roll in breadcrumbs.
Put the chops on a preheated frying pan with oil and fry for 1.5 minutes on each side.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the chops and bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
