- Potatoes - 700 g
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Cheese - 100 g
- Sour cream - 150 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix sour cream, tomato, broth and spices.
Chop the onion, mix with the minced meat, put it in a mold and pour half of the filling.
Cut the potatoes into plates, put them on top and also pour sour cream with tomato.
Cover everything with grated cheese and cook in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
