Cauliflower with cheese is always a good combination. You can just bake it in the oven, or you can make it more original and cook draniki from it. It turns out to be an excellent side dish for poultry or fish, especially red.
Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 500 g
- Cheese - 80 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the cauliflower for a couple of minutes in boiling water.
Chop the inflorescences in a blender with garlic, add spices.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add the egg and flour, and mix everything.
Fry the draniki on both sides.
