Trout with vegetables can be baked in the oven in different ways. Someone prefers potatoes, someone prefers carrots and onions. This time I suggest using tomatoes, broccoli, celery and champignons. Vegetables are better to take fresh, not frozen. So after baking, they remain elastic and slightly crackle on the teeth.
Ingredients
- Trout - 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Champignons - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Broccoli - 150 g
- Celery - 2 of the stem
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and randomly chop the remaining vegetables and mushrooms.
Put everything in the mold, add chopped chili.
Peel and rinse the trout, make incisions on the sides, sprinkle with lemon juice and put on the vegetables.
Season the dish, pour olive oil and bake the trout in the oven for 20 minutes under foil at 180 degrees.
Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
