If you need to feed a lot of people, but there is almost no time – feel free to bake perch with potatoes. I advise you to take medium-sized fish so that they bake quickly and evenly. There are also a couple of nuances with potatoes, which I will tell you about in the process. But the main thing is that it is simply impossible to resist such a dish.
Ingredients
- Sea bass - 5 pieces
- Potatoes - 400 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l .
- Water - 100 ml
- Thyme - 3 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the potatoes into small pieces and put them in a mold.
Put the cherry and thyme in the same place.
Peel the fish, make incisions on the sides and lay it on the potatoes.
Sprinkle everything with spices, drizzle with oil and pour in water.
Bake the perch with potatoes in the oven for 25 minutes under foil at 190 degrees.
Remove the foil and brown for another 5-10 minutes.
