A roll of several types of meat always turns out to be even more interesting and original. This time I suggest using pork and beef, and supplement them with spices and a small amount of vegetables. In the recipe I will tell you how to bake it all correctly.

Ingredients

  • Pork - 1 kg
  • Beef - 500 g
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Spices and seasonings - 3 tsp.
  • Garlic - 3 clove

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Unwrap a piece of pork and beef in a thin layer, fold it overlap.

Brush everything with oil, sprinkle with spices and arrange the garlic plates.

Wrap a tight roll in foil and send it to the refrigerator overnight.

Bake the roll in the oven at 160 degrees for about 2.5 hours.
