Young asparagus shoots are often used in European cooking. They are boiled, baked, added to salads and pickled. Recently, I fell in love with asparagus on the grill. It's hard to find words to describe her amazing taste. Better try it yourself!
Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the asparagus, cut off the rough edges, rinse and dry with a paper towel.
Place in a wide bowl, sprinkle with salt, pepper and drizzle with oil.
Cut the lemon in half. Squeeze out the juice from one part and add it to a bowl with asparagus. Cut the second part into circles and set aside.
Gently mix the asparagus, cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Put the asparagus on a greased grill and fry for 5-7 minutes, turning it over often.
Serve the asparagus with the remaining lemon slices.
