Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Fig - 100 g
- Pumpkin - 150 g
- Sour cream - 2-3 tbsp.l .
- Sugar (optional) – 2 art.l.
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pumpkin into medium pieces and simmer a little in a dry frying pan.
Boil the rice until tender.
Whisk cottage cheese with sour cream with a blender and add eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Add rice and pumpkin, mix and put the curd mass into the mold.
Bake the casserole in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
