The stew is not always perfect. Sometimes the vegetables are boiled, but the meat is still hard. You can avoid this by using a slow cooker. Follow the sequence of the ingredients and you will get a perfect dish!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the beef and cut it into small pieces.

Peel the eggplants, slice and pour salted water for 15 minutes.

Peel and slice the bell peppers, potatoes, carrots and onions.

Turn on the "Frying" mode, pour in the oil, add the onion and carrot and fry until golden brown.

Add beef, bay leaf and black pepper peas. Cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the potatoes and continue to fry for 10 minutes.

Add bell pepper, eggplant and fry for another 5 minutes.

Pour in hot water, add salt, cover and simmer for 1 hour, activating the "Quenching" program. After the beep, do not open the lid for another 15-20 minutes.
