This recipe was used by my grandmother. She always fried a lot of pancakes and put them in a high pile on a plate. Everything was accompanied by a cup of fragrant tea and homemade jam. A simple but delicious dish I remember forever!
Ingredients
- Sour milk (warm) – 250 ml
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Flour - 180 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix warm sour milk with soda, sugar and salt.
Add eggs, vanilla and sifted flour. Stir until smooth.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, lay out small pancakes and fry until golden brown on both sides.
