Step-by-step cooking recipe
Take flour with a low carbohydrate content (for example, flaxseed, almond, sesame, coconut, sunflower seeds). If you have several different types, you can make a mixture.
Add warm (no more than 40 degrees) water, yeast and salt.
Knead the soft dough.
Put the dough in a baking dish, previously covered with parchment paper. Leave the dough for 30 minutes in a warm place without drafts, so that it fits well.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the bread for 55-60 minutes.
Let the keto bread cool by placing it on the grill.
