- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Jam - 120 g
- Egg yolks - 1 piece

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrost the puff pastry and roll out into a layer about 3 mm thick.
Cut it into identical squares and make several incisions on one side of each blank.
Put the jam on the other half.
