A very simple way to cook fluffy and soft pancakes. Keep in mind that the dough turns out to be greasy, so you will need very little oil to fry. I also recommend putting ready-made pancakes on paper napkins or towels.
Ingredients
- Flour - 180 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Baking soda (without slide) – 1 tsp.
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil - 40 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the egg lightly with sugar and vanilla.
Add sour cream, soda and mix well.
Pour in the sifted flour and knead the dough until smooth.
Grease a frying pan with oil, heat it up and pour out a little dough, forming a small island.
Fry on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Repeat the steps with the rest of the test.
