Ingredients
- Flour - 250 g
- Almond flour - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter (soft) – 280 g
- Powdered sugar - 1 glass
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Almonds (fried) – 20 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix both types of flour, powdered sugar and baking powder.
Separately whisk the butter with salt and eggs.
Mix the dry mixture with the egg-butter mixture. Knead the dough.
With a teaspoon, place small islands of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Shape the desired shape and put one nut on top.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
