Sausage in dough is a favorite snack since childhood. This time I propose to cook a sausage in puff pastry. Of course, this is not the most healthy dish, but sometimes you can definitely treat yourself to such a delicious and simple snack.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Sausages - 6-8 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sesame - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ketchup - 60 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the puff pastry into squares according to the size of the sausages. Make parallel incisions on one side of each.
Grease the squares with ketchup and lay out the sausages.
Beat the egg and grease the dough around the edges. Connect and pinch the puffs.
Brush the egg puffs on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
