Minced meat is not the most popular pizza filling, and in vain. So it turns out at the same time very satisfying and in every way more useful than with store-bought sausage or sausages. For a change, I suggest adding more olives and, of course, cheese.
Ingredients
- Milk - 80 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 4 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Minced meat - 100 g
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Olives - 60 g
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Mozzarella - 80 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix milk with egg, butter, flour and baking powder. Spread the dough on a frying pan and brush with tomato sauce.
Chop the onion and fry it with a fry until tender. Season with herbs.
Add the chopped olives, mix and put the filling on the base.
Place the mozzarella slices on top and cook the pizza for about 15 minutes under the lid on low heat.
